General information:

• Maximum 14 persons

• The owners live in the adjacent house

• Arrival time from 4 p.m., departure time before 10 a.m.

• Quiet hours from 10 p.m., out of respect for the neighbourhood

Seasons and rates

High season from 1 July to 31 August and during the Christmas holidays

• € 300 per night for all rooms (max. 14 persons)

• In July and August, rentals are only possible from Saturday to Saturday

Early and late season

• € 250 per night for all rooms (max. 14 persons)

• € 225 per night for three rooms (max. 6 persons)

• Minimum stay of three nights

Payment and cancellation

When booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Your booking is only final once we have received this deposit. 

We would like to receive the remaining 50% no later than one week before arrival.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. After that, we charge 50% of the total cost of your stay. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
